Jake advises clients on communications, investor relations and stakeholder engagement during times of complexity and transition, including strategic business transformations, M&A, shareholder activism defense, leadership transitions and corporate restructurings.

Jake brings extensive experience partnering with leadership teams of companies and investment firms seeking to build understanding and support through a range of M&A situations, including complex structures, antitrust litigation and shareholder challenges.
