In light of the recent U.S. Supreme Court ruling and subsequent requests for tariff refunds, Jake shared best practices from recent client engagements, adding:
“Companies have had a lot of practice doing this delicate dance, trying to inform shareholders and the financial community about what’s happening without getting over their skis,” says Yanulis. “The situation is evolving, but the core messages should stay consistent.
