Toto has 10 years of experience in strategic and financial communications and began his career working for a digital advertising agency.
He has since gained specialism in providing rigor to corporate narratives, scrutinising messaging and fine-tuning investment stories. He has significant public and private transactional experience, having worked on deals including the $4.7b acquisition of Sky Betting & Gaming by The Stars Group, the disposal by WPP of its 40% stake in Kantar for £2.5b, and the acquisition of the Scottish Salmon Company by Bakkafrost for £5617m; IPOs including LBG Media, Revolution Beauty and others; and take privates including ScS, DP Eurasia, BOTB, and Equals Group. He has previously acted for clients including AG Barr, ASOS, boohoo (now Debenhams Group), Gym Group, GVC (now Entain), Ten Entertainment Group and Fuller Smith & Turner.
His current portfolio includes WPP, Jet2, discoverIE, Grafton, Genus, Alchemy Partners, LSL Property Services, PPHC, Redcentric and Sanderson Design Group.
