Based in London, Stephanie brings a unique blend of financial acumen and strategic communications expertise. A qualified CFA UK Level 4 Investment Manager, she began her career in asset management before transitioning into communications, where she has built a strong track record advising both private and public companies, from AIM to FTSE 250, across multiple geographies.
Stephanie’s expertise spans a wide range of complex transactions, including IPOs, secondary raises, M&A, crisis communications and restructurings. She adds value through her ability to understand complex business models, translate commercial success into compelling equity investment narratives, and build strategies to communicate these to key stakeholders. Since joining Burson Buchanan’s London practice in 2015, she has cultivated a diverse client portfolio, developing particular understanding and deep relationships within the technology, support and professional services, and property sectors.
As leader of Burson Buchanan’s AI working group, Stephanie ensures that innovation and cutting-edge strategy are brought to her clients’ communications. Her academic background in corporate communications also brings a multistakeholder approach, ensuring all audiences are engaged, regardless of the nature of the transaction.
