Jamie has over 13 years of financial and corporate communications experience, advising clients across a number of sectors and different sizes. He has experience across multiple stakeholder groups and is an expert in managing successful communications strategies for quoted and privately owned companies. He has significant M&A and IPO experience and has been a trusted adviser to companies during times of corporate change. In addition Jamie advises clients across a variety of communications challenges and opportunities including shareholder activism, corporate restructuring, crisis management and financial calendar management.
He has overseen and worked on client projects including the £1bn share merger between Redde PLC and Northgate PLC, £2bn take private of BCA Marketplace and the £4bn acquisition of Ladbrokes Coral by GVC Holdings.
He has worked with clients that include BioPharma Credit, Crism Therapeutics, Zigup, Playtech, Verseon, GVC Holdings, BCA Marketplace, Convatec and Vp PLC.
