He is a capital markets and corporate communications specialist and has advised a range of companies all the way from the FTSE 100 to AIM-listed businesses embarking on periods of rapid growth and development.
He has substantial TMT sector experience having advised a range of businesses across the tech sector including leading SaaS and telco companies. Jack has also gained significant transaction experience during his years working in the City including cross-border and large- scale private transactions.
