Henry is Burson Buchanan’s Head of Investment Companies and leads our work in the investment companies sector, offering investment managers and boards counsel on transformative communication strategies.
He is a trust adviser across alternative and equity investment trusts and has also been at the forefront in advising defense strategies in recent activism campaigns.
His recent experience includes many of the sector’s leading management groups including J.P. Morgan Asset Management, Aberdeen, Schroders and Baillie Gifford.
