Helen Tarbet

Helen has more than two decades’ experience in financial and corporate communications. She is well versed in all aspects of stakeholder communications and all types of corporate situation, from IPO to M&A, from shareholder activism to strategic change.

Helen’s particular focus is on working proactively with companies to more effectively promote their investment case, to get them the right attention from the right audiences and thereby enhance their valuation. She has deep experience in the property and building sectors, having advised companies including Grafton Group, Redrow, Morgan Sindall, Costain and Gleeson. Helen also has a specialism in supporting investment companies and alternatives, having advised funds managed by Baillie Gifford and Aberdeen, as well as a number of prominent REITs.
