Charles has been a partner of Burson Buchanan since 2001. His considerable experience includes corporate and financial communications programs, including full strategic input and both establishing and leading proactive PR programs, together with full board input. Some of Charles’s clients have been advised by him for over 25 years.
Charles focuses mainly on listed companies from AIM to FTSE 100 clients.
Additionally, Charles has advised on over 20 IPOs and a plethora of corporate M&A, both recommended and hostile situations.
Prior to joining Buchanan, Charles was an officer in the Royal Navy.
